Preventing The Republican Corporate Hostile Takeover Of America

This very minute Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives are voting on a Bill to “redevelop” and privatize Government properties to “save tax payer dollars”. This is part and parcel to their campaign to complete a Corporate Hostile Takeover of the United States of America.

The Tea Party backed by a handful of Billionaires has coopted the Republican Party and engaged in the process of the same type of Leveraged Buy Out that so called Capital Equity Firms like Mitt Romneys’ Bain Capital used to reak havoc on businesses and employees Nationwide!

Would the current Republican Leaders really push America over the Cliff again, causing a bigger Economic disaster than the last one they created?  In a word, yes.  Yes because it was extremely profitable for them the first time they did it.  They used the crisis they created to seize Political Power in the House Of Representatives and State Governors Mansions and take money from Government Programs and hand it directly to their Corporate donors in Tax Breaks and Contracts.  The financial “Crisis” they caused led to the greatest redistribution of wealth from the American Middle Class to the wealthy in history.

Dismantling the Federal Government in order to reduce it’s ability to regulate business and raid the Social Security Insurance Trust Fund has been their plan for decades. They want to cause the Federal Government to declare Bankruptcy then sell off its assets to their Big Business puppet masters. They are trying to cause the Government to default which would leave the Government with 50% of its needed funds. They are engaged in a Hostile Corporate Takeover of the Federal Government and our Jobs stand in the way of their bottom line profits.  In a typical Hostile Takeover they gain seats on the Board of Directors buying the Company Shares to control the votes. Finally they sell off the Company Assets and fire most or all of it’s workers to maximize their profits.  We see this in the attempts at Privatization of  Social Security and in the recent firing of over 500,000 State Public Service Workers.

So how do you stop a Hostile Corporate Takeover?

1.You buy and control more shares by participating in the Political Process locally.  The American people, specifically Democrats and Independents need to realize that participating in the Democratic Party and adding their voices and efforts is not only good for the Nation but is in their own enlightened self interests!

2.We put more of our people on the Board of Directors in this case that means electing more people to the United States Congress who will vote for and promote the General Welfare and Domestic Tranquility of the public over the profits of soulless Corporations!

3.Elect a Chairman of the Board who favors the rights of the workers and shareholders and the principle of Social Responsibility and in this case that means reelecting President Barrack Obama!

If you want to protect your jobs and see your wages and benefits start to rise again after decades of being flat or declining then you have to do more than simply voting once or twice year. You need to call the Democratic Party offices in your County and find out where its Organizing meetings are held in your area. Find out who is the Precinct Captain in charge of organizing your area and neighbors and work with them every month. Your Share in the Corporation we know as America can only be claimed by citizens who vote and show up for the meetings. When enough of us hard working regular Americans do Vote and show up for the local meetings participating in our Democratic Process and our Party we can stop the Hostile Corporate Takeover by the reckless, destructive and Radical Republicans.

If you’re tired of working long and harder for less money while your home value declines or your rent goes up then you have to take responsibility for your situation by getting involved in with the Democratic Party and letting your voice be heard. Americans like you have ideas to help solve our problems and improve our communities but we have to accept responsibility for our own role in doing so.  We can no longer work hard, play by the rules and expect everything will work out ok for ourselves and our families.  We must join together and meet as Students, Parents, Business Leaders,Unemployed and Working Americans committed to building and defending the American Middle Class.

It is a helpful analogy to see the efforts of the Radical Right Wing Tea Party in terms of a Corporate Hostile Takeover but the American Government is not a Business. The American Government is a cooperative and collaborative effort by citizens to solve the great challenges we face and build a better future for our children.
